Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. You can expect an email within that period to let you know your order is on the way. High volume orders may take longer to process and we will communicate this within 24 hours of the order being placed.

STORE PICKUP 

Free pick-up can be arranged by appointment from our storage facility in Point Cook, Victoria. Please call us to arrange.

 LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km storage facility in Huntingdale. Delivery fees are based on distance, and requires a minimum order of AU$750.00.

Local delivery can take up to 5 days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email text or phone call with the relevant information.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using various shipping providers and can take between 3 and 10 days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout, based on location.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@cornicestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please see our returns policy for more information.
